The system entrusted by Korean government provides the certifications for the

domestic industries, R&D institutes, universities that has completed the development

of the new technology that remarkably improve the performances, the productivity

and quality of the existing products. The technology should be of the same rank

with or superior to those of the advanced countries, and accordingly be devoted to

improve the domestic technological power and competitiveness with

commecializability and pervasive effect on technology and economy.
